How it works

1. Pick a Hot vacancy. Choose one of the open positions marked as Hot below.
2. Fill in the form. Submit the candidate's details. Recommend anonymously or with your email to join the bonus program.
3. We check our database. HR verifies the candidate hasn't been in our pipeline within the last 12 months.
4. You get a confirmation. If you provided your email, you'll receive the bonus amount and status updates.
5. Standard hiring process. The candidate goes through our regular selection. A referral doesn't guarantee an offer.
6. Bonus payout. 50% when the candidate joins, 50% after the probation period (up to 3 months).
