What you'll be doing

Analysing business workflows: interviewing stakeholders, mapping processes end-to-end, and identifying automation opportunities
Designing automation architecture: deciding what to automate, in what order, and with which tools
Building and maintaining automation pipelines with n8n and Claude Code
Leading automation projects for clients — from discovery and scoping to delivery and handover
Creating clear documentation so clients and the team can maintain what you build
Establishing best practices and helping grow the team's automation capability

What we're looking for

Proven ability to analyse and describe complex business processes
Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Practical experience with AI-assisted development and Claude Code
Strong analytical thinking — you can tell what's worth automating and what isn't
Leadership: you're comfortable owning a project and guiding a client through the process
English at Upper-Intermediate or above — client-facing work requires clear communication
Experience delivering automation for external clients is a strong plus
